Rowing is one of Philadelphia's greatest athletic traditions. The lessons learned on the water- teamwork, determination and perseverance- translate into success in all areas of life. At PCR, we believe that the opportunity to experience rowing should be available to all, and that is why we are committed to developing and supporting Philadelphia's first Public School Rowing Team.
