Caitlin Mance, Executive Director
Caitlin came to PCR with extensive non-profit and collegiate coaching experience. She is a graduate of Community Rowing's Institute for Rowing Leadership, where she received an Advanced Certificate in Rowing Leadership. Caitlin rowed in high school for Narraganset Boat Club, was a Division I varsity oarswoman and team captain at Cornell University, and was a member of Riverside Boat Club in Boston after her graduation in 2008. Caitlin brings exceptionally relevant experience in fundraising, program management, and rowing to help PCR build on past success and continue to meet its mission of empowering Philadelphia Public School students to reach their greatest potential.
George Rowley, Director of Programs and Community Inclusion
George graduated from Morgan State University with a B.S. in Psychology. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. George has a strong background in non-profit organizational leadership and co-founded Hope Dealing Mindset Corp., which primarily operates out of Orlando, FL. His rowing experience comes from his time serving as a youth counselor for the City of Philadelphia’s summer rowing camps.
JP Sabdini De Lima, Head Varsity Coach & Equipment Director
JP is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 1997, he started rowing and participating in regional, national and university regattas. In 2002, he decided that he wanted to become a rowing coach and earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education at Mackenzie Presbyterian University in Brazil. JP started his coaching career in 2005 and has coached both Olympic and Paralympic athletes. As a coach, he has helped athletes win regional, national and international regattas, including two gold medals at the World Rowing Championships in 2007 and third place finish in 2013. In addition to his coaching successm JP earned his MBA in Sports Management and his Master’s degree in Science of Physical Activity. In 2019, he moved to Philadelphia and 2021 JP started as the Varsity Woman's coach at PCR. PCR is a great opportunity to continue his career as a coach, contributing all these years of his experience in club, non-profit project and young rowers development.

Myi Harte, Varsity Men's Coach and Boatyard Assistant
Myi rowed for PCR all four years of high school. He also served as a volunteer coach for the PCR summer learn-to-row camps. Towards the end of his high school rowing career, he began assisting with PCR's Middle School Rowing Program. Myi is currently studying psychology at CCP and plans to transfer to a four-year university to continue studying psychology. Myi also coaches at Bachelors Barge Club and hopes to coaching and build upon his knowledge of the sport.
Noah Teachey, Varsity Men's Coach
Noah walked on and rowed all four years as an undergraduate at Colby College. He then went on to coach at Colby for a year before moving to New York City. He competed for the New York Athletic Club for six years and won two national championships in the process as well as advancing to quarterfinals in the Britannia Challenge Cup at Henley in 2017. Noah has worked with youth as a school music teacher for eight years and has an MA in music education from Columbia University Teachers College.
Nick Santo, Novice Women's Coach
Nick is from The Bronx, NY, born and raised. He started rowing in the 8th grade for Row New York, where he rowed for five years, graduating from the program in 2017. He came to PCR in the fall of 2017 as a middle school coach. Nick had primarily worked with our novice high school team since 2019 and still helps out with the middle school when he can, ultimately taking over the novice girls squad in the fall of 2022. Nick loves to get new people involved in rowing and giving back to his athletes what the sport has given to him over the years. Nick is also PCR’s representative on the Schuylkill Navy Board, and was a member of the Gold Cup/ Head of the Charles Grant Committee in 2020.
Matt Boras, Novice Coach
Matt is currently a student at Temple University studying Accounting. He began his rowing career at Fairmount Rowing Association and later went on to row for Temple’s lightweight program. He is now training at Fairmount and competes for them in summer and fall racing. He works as an Assistant High School and Middle School coach for PCR.

Bryson Cliggett, Assistant Coach and Program Alum
Born and raised right here in Philly, Bryson joined PCR as a freshman in 2016. After graduating high school at the beginning of the pandemic, he returned in the summer of 2021 to help with the PCR's summer learn-to-row program and has remained a coach ever since. He now works with the high school teams, primarily coaching the Novice squads but assisting all squads as needed. Bryson is currently a junior at Drexel University, where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer engineering.
Nick Dillon, Development Manager
Nick is originally from Atlantic County New Jersey where he rowed at Holy Spirit High School. He then rowed at La Salle University, graduating in 2013 with a BA in History and a Minor in Business Administration. Nick recently graduated from Villanova University with a Master's degree in History. Nick has worked across all of PCR's programs and currently working as part of our development team.
Madeline Kuntz, Marketing and Social Manager
Maddy graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Sports Marketing in 2018. She served as the head coach of the Episcopal Academy middle school program from 2016 to 2017 and worked as the assistant coach for the summer junior program at Fairmount Boat Club in 2017. More recently, Maddy coached at Germantown Friends School (assistant novice) in 2017, the Baldwin School (head novice) in 2018, and the Winsor School in Boston (head novice) in 2018. Maddy learned to row here on Boathouse Row at Bachelor’s Barge Club in high school before going on to row for Saint Joseph’s University in college. She currently rows for Undine Barge Club. Some of her biggest rowing accomplishments are racing the in Women’s 4- at the World University Games for Team USA in 2015 and winning the Head of the Charles with a new course record in the Women’s Club Single in 2017.
