Philadelphia City Rowing is a unique sports-based youth development program that harnesses the power of rowing to empower inner-city youth in Philadelphia.

We believe that by providing mentoring, academic support and a highly structured athletic program, we can close the achievement gap, stem the drop-out epidemic and inspire more young people to fulfill their full potential. It comes down to our basic belief that all children deserve the same opportunities to succeed and grow.
